- Notification Center: A new “bell” icon in the top right corner keeps you informed about new features, recommendations, stories, and bug fixes.
- Groups and Roles: Create custom groups with tailored permissions under the settings menu to better manage the system.
- Brand-New UI: Experience a completely redesigned interface for a more modern and intuitive user experience.
- License-Based Recommendations: Users can now filter recommendations based on their Microsoft 365 license for more relevant insights.
Recommendations & Stories 🔔
We’ve added the following recommendations to help you optimize your environment:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Company Branding is not configured.
- Expired application certificates have been detected in the environment.
- Expired application secrets have been detected in the environment.
- MFA registration number doesn’t match phone number value in Azure AD for some users.
- Self-service password reset is enabled but not configured for all users.
- Partner relationships have some admin roles assigned via GDAP.
- System-preferred multifactor authentication is not enabled in Azure Active Directory.
- Users are using SMS or Voice Call as the default MFA method in Azure Active Directory.
- RBAC not in use, all admins have full permissions in Intune.
- Group-based licensing is not assigned.
- Cross-tenant access is not configured.
- Admin Roles don’t have access reviews configured.
- Authentication methods allow for third-party Email OTP.
- An application secret is approaching its expiration date.
- An application certificate is approaching its expiration date.
- SMS authentication method is enabled in Microsoft Entra ID.
- The “Use for Sign In” option is enabled for the SMS authentication method in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Exchange Online
- Reports message add-in not deployed in Outlook.
- Sensitivity labels are not configured or configured and not used in Exchange Online.
