Cases lists the recommendations assigned to you to fix or review: your personal work queue in Griffin31.
Using Cases
Section titled “Using Cases”- Every recommendation assigned to you appears in Cases.
- Search the list to find a case.
- Open a case to see the recommendation’s details, Evidence and fix steps.
- When the next scan shows the recommendation as passed, it’s done.
On the Recommendations page, the Assigned to column shows who owns each recommendation.
