Messaging Center
The Bell
Section titled “The Bell”The bell sits at the top right of every page. Its number is how many messages you haven’t read yet.
Click it to see:
- The three latest messages, each with when it was sent
- Archive, to move a message out of the list
- Open messaging center, to see every message
When there is nothing new, it shows All caught up. While your first scan runs, it also shows a note that results fill in over the next few minutes.
The Messaging Center Page

| All / Unread / Archived | Filters the list. Each shows how many messages it holds |
| The list | Every message, with its title and when it was sent. Unread messages have a marker. Hover the time to see the full date and time |
| Archive / Unarchive | Moves a message to Archived, or back |
Message Details
Section titled “Message Details”Click a message to read it. You see its title, the date and time it was sent, and the full message.
Opening a message marks it as read.

On a phone, the bell shows for admins only, and Archive isn’t available. See Users & Roles.
