Policies
Policies control who Griffin31 emails, and about what. All alert settings now live on one page. Open a policy to change its settings.
Built-in Policies
Section titled “Built-in Policies”Recommendation Regressions
Section titled “Recommendation Regressions”After each scan, Griffin31 sends one summary email when a recommendation gets worse:
- Passed → Partial or Failed
- Partial → Failed
The same rule applies to every account for now. You choose the recipients.
Governance Changes
Section titled “Governance Changes”Griffin31 records the Microsoft Entra changes you choose and lists them in Recent Activity. When email is on, new changes are grouped into one summary per audit fetch for each recipient.
Recipients
Section titled “Recipients”Each policy has its own recipient list. Recipients are picked from the active users in your account.
